Water or Wine

Mixed Media Art, Acrylic on Wood, framed with a Floating Frame made from Natural Wood

She stands in stillness, a vessel in her hand, rooted in another century. A young woman dressed in tradition, framed by the quiet weight of expectations.

No one asked her what she dreamed of.

She was born to carry her duties — water, wood and silence. Her hands knew the shape of routine, her feet the path from well to home. But beneath her apron, a pulse beat with secret stories.

Did she carry water? Or wine? No one can say for sure.

But now she is no longer just a girl from the past - a women reborn in brushstrokes and light. She speaks now, not through words, but through presence.

What matter is the fact that we see her now. Really see her!

And in doing so, we carry her dreams forward.
